Ecotrust Event Space Rental
Atrium
Located on the first floor of the building, the Atrium provides 800 square feet of flowing reception space. Rustic hard woods from the original warehouse and exciting glimpses into the retail spaces create an interesting and creative venue for art shows, markets, late night dances, holiday parties and more.
Atrium Hours:
The Atrium is available for events that promote retailers from 7AM-7PM. The Atrium is available for private rentals after 7PM.
Atrium Furniture:
Rental of the Atrium includes the existing furniture (Four 4' x 4' square tables, two 48"; round tables, and 12 stools). All necessary furniture and equipment for the event labor must be provided by the client at the client's sole expense. Additionally, all needed labor to load-in, setup, run, and load-out the event must be provided by the client. Arrangements for rental drop-offs and pick-ups must be made during the hours of the rental.
Sound in the Atrium:
Sound in the Atrium will be monitored and kept to a level that does not disrupt retailers or second floor tenant spaces during retail and office hours. Amplified sound is not permitted during office or retail hours.
Audiovisual Equipment:
Audiovisual equipment and support can be hired out from an outside vendor at the client's sole expense.
Entrances and Exits:
If event occurs during retail hours, the client will must take care not to block passage to retailers during set up and during the event. Ecotrust will designate the use of entrances and exits to the Jean Vollum Natural Capital Center as the organization deems appropriate.
