Join us to explore the next wave of Northwest craft beverage to the thumping tunes of Portland bluegrass favorites Wayward Vessel. Portland's best caterers team up to showcase autumn nibbles perfectly paired with local ciders. Forget any preconceived notions of syrupy hard ciders, these artisanal ciders are nuanced and food-friendly. Producers will be on-site to chat about fermentation, apple varietals, and craftsmanship.
