Billy Frank Jr. Conference Center

Located on the second floor of the building, The Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center, a 1,800 square foot room, is the building's main conference and event space. Materials from the original warehouse lend character to the space: a diamond steel plate surrounds the entrances and exits and steel fire doors double as sliding doors. Large windows line the Conference Center's west wall, flooding the space with natural light and inviting visitors to peek out for a view of some of the building's unique features: elongated garden patches known as bioswales that serve to absorb excess rainwater, and a beautiful, mottled brick remnant wall leftover from the original structure.

The Conference Center accommodates groups from ten to 180 people and can be divided into two smaller spaces — 700 square feet for more intimate meetings, or 1,100 square feet for larger groups.
