Outdoor Terrace

Located on the third floor of the building, the Terrace provides stunning views of the surrounding Pearl District, an outdoor fireplace and tantalizing peeks of the eco-roof. The Terrace totals 2,240 square feet and can accommodate stand-up receptions and gatherings for up to 200 people.

Terrace Hours:

The Terrace becomes available for rental after business hours (5PM) Monday — Friday, and during weekends. Setup for Terrace events cannot occur prior to 5PM during the business week.

Terrace Furniture:

The Terrace furniture is included in the rental. This includes one outside table and 10 patio chairs. Ecotrust is able to rent as many as fifteen 60" round tables for the terrace. These rent for $10 each and include setup and teardown. It will be at the client's sole expense and responsibility to rent additional furniture for use on the Terrace. The client will be responsible for setup and teardown of any rental furniture and equipment during the hours of the rental.

Sound on Terrace:

All amplified sound must end at 10PM. Amplified sound on the Terrace above 65 dBA requires a noise variance from the City of Portland. Noise variances require notification of the neighboring properties and must be applied for three weeks in advance. It is the client's sole responsibility to secure the necessary permit from the city. Noise complaints after 10PM will end the event. Rental fees will not be refunded if the event is ended prematurely due to a noise complaint.

Audiovisual Equipment:

The audiovisual equipment Ecotrust has installed on the Terrace is included in the rental fee. This includes the existing sound system with a 5-disc CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers. Additional audiovisual equipment and audiovisual support can be hired out from an outside vendor at the client's sole expense.
