Our vintage warehouse beams with modern sophistication, providing the perfect setting for an effortlessly chic ceremony, smashing reception, casual rehearsal dinner or leisurely brunch. Enjoy a Rooftop Terrace ceremony or a casual rehearsal dinner overlooking the Pearl District, a family-style supper or dessert reception in The Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center or an intimate ceremony, reception or rehearsal dinner.
2012–2013 Rates
Our venues each rent for $295 per hour and require a four-hour minimum. Additionally, a refundable $250 security deposit and general liability insurance are required. Our rates include beautiful space, a venue coordinator to work with you on logistics, onsite security the day of your event, a comprehensive audiovisual system and other modern amenities. Catering
We offer a fantastic network of caterers for you to choose from. This is an exclusive list. All wedding-related events must contract with one of the full service caterers. Please contact the caterers directly to discuss menus, pricing and contracts.
