On September 23, Jupiter Hotel rooms will each be occupied by a local distiller who will make cocktails with his or her finest spirits. The main floor of the hotel will have treats made by great Portland eastside restaurants including: Olympic Provisions, Biwa, Bunk Sandwiches, Laurelhurst Market and more!
