Don’t miss the summer issue of Edible Portland!

Inside, you’ll travel to France with Camas Davis as she learns how to butcher pigs and what it means for farmers to control every part of the process of getting meat onto customer’s tables.

You’ll also learn little known facts about the Marionberry. Edible Portland’s own recipe editor served as a judge for the Marionberry Pie Contest at the the Oregon State Fair, which gave her renewed love for this Oregon invention and a very full stomach.

And you’ll become well-acquainted with the Hermiston watermelon, another Oregon summer treat that will be coming to local marketplaces soon. We can’t wait!

Pick up your copy today.
